She is also is a serial entrepreneur, activist and globally recognized expert in data protection and digital asset technology. As a former whistleblower, she concentrates on the convergence of technology and ethics through education, legislative advocacy and technology advisory. She has served on multiple U.S. Congressional subcommittees on Blockchain, Fintech and Digital Innovation for the State of Wyoming, and has co-authored both state and federal bills on data ownership, digital assets and AI ethics that are now foundational legal architecture for the digital economy. She also serves as the Co-Founder and President of the Own Your Data Foundation. She has taken three of her companies public on Nasdaq including Gryphon Digital Mining, a bitcoin-focused company that became American Bitcoin (Nasdaq:ABTC). Her latest venture, AlphaTON Capital (Nasdaq:ATON) is focused on growing the largest decentralized and open-source ecosystem in the world, Telegram and the TON network. Kaiser is the best-selling author of Targeted published globally by Harper Collins, and she is the main subject of Netflix original documentary "The Great Hack", nominated for an Emmy, BAFTA and shortlisted for an Oscar. As a renowned public speaker and thought leader represented by CAA, Kaiser is a regular keynote speaker, as well as corporate and government trainer.

Enzo Villani is a global strategist and founder with a twenty-year track record of building financial institutions that bridge traditional markets and emerging technologies. He is the founder of AlphaTON Capital (Nasdaq: ATON). Enzo has been in the digital asset markets since 2014 and also manages Alpha Sigma Capital funds since 2020. Enzo was a co-founder of Nasdaq Corporate Solutions and served as Managing Director of Strategy at Nasdaq. He has also been the Chief Strategy Officer for multiple private equity-backed M&A consolidations, representing over 5,000 public companies and raising in excess of $500 million. In the blockchain industry, he served as Chief Strategy Officer of Transform Group, which represented the launch of over 37% of the alt-coin market by 2019, and is a co-founder of Blockchain Wire. As Chariman and Chief Investment Officer, he directs AlphaTON's investment strategy and portfolio growth, leveraging his deep experience in capital formation, M&A, and ecosystem development to drive value within the TON ecosystem. Enzo holds an MBA from Cornell University.

Wes Levitt is a financial leader with extensive experience in investment management, capital markets, and blockchain strategy. He brings a distinguished record of building financial infrastructure and scaling technology companies. Most recently, Wes served as Co-CIO at Alpha Sigma Capital Advisors, where he led investment strategy and portfolio oversight for a leading blockchain fund. He previously served as Head of Strategy at Theta Labs, where he was instrumental in scaling the decentralized video platform, and as Chief Financial Officer for a SPAC, overseeing all financial controls, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Wes holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon. At AlphaTON Capital, he oversees all finance, accounting, and capital markets operations, strengthening financial governance and scaling investor communications as the company expands its role within the TON ecosystem.

Logan Ryan Golema is a blockchain and AI veteran with over 15 years of experience building and scaling transformative technology ventures. A crypto native who began mining Bitcoin in 2010, he brings a deep, foundational understanding of the space to his role. Logan has a distinguished track record of execution, including leading the successful exit of GenPen AI and serving as Founding Engineer at Eliza Labs. He has also held key leadership roles as Technical Board Advisor and appointed CEO of SophiaVerse, and as Director of Operations at Partisia Blockchain, where he oversaw product development and facilitated major fundraising rounds. At AlphaTON Capital, Logan is responsible for accelerating the company's technical roadmap. He leads the development of next-generation blockchain infrastructure and deploys the high-performance GPU resources required to power the Cocoon AI network within Telegram's ecosystem. William De'Ath is a board-level leader with 30 years of experience driving commercial growth and strategic partnerships, bridging the gap between Fortune 500 enterprises and the Web3 ecosystem. He has a proven track record of securing institutional blockchain adoption and delivering measurable ROI. His career spans global energy giants like ExxonMobil and Chevron, as well as pioneering Web3 ventures, including Consensus Capital, a FINMA-regulated advisory group, and Hedera's Hashgraph Association. At Hedera, he was instrumental in driving enterprise DLT adoption, leading the Taurus SA integration for HBAR custody with major banks including State Street and Deutsche Bank. As a co-founder and CEO, he has also successfully built and scaled AI startups. At AlphaTON Capital, William leads the sourcing and acquisition of revenue-generating companies within the TON/Telegram ecosystem. He builds proprietary deal flow, conducts initial diligence, and shapes the acquisition pipeline to drive portfolio growth, leveraging his extensive network to connect with founders and secure institutional capital.

Yury Mitin leads AlphaTON Capital's business development and M&A execution, responsible for identifying and acquiring revenue-generating companies within the TON ecosystem. He drives the strategic outreach to founders and builds the proprietary deal flow that fuels AlphaTON's growth, applying a "Wall Street discipline" to a crypto-native market. With over 17 years of venture capital experience, Yury specializes in sourcing and evaluating opportunities with real-world revenue and utility, not hype. As Managing Partner at RSV Capital, he developed a deep expertise in identifying high-growth technology companies and structuring strategic investments. At AlphaTON, he is instrumental in executing the company's acquisition strategy, targeting profitable companies in key TON verticals like DeFi, gaming, and AI agents. His work is central to AlphaTON's mission of building a diversified portfolio of on-chain businesses with tangible operating income, delivering long-term shareholder value as the TON ecosystem evolves into a top global platform. Yury holds a Ph.D. in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and an EMBA from Skolkovo Business School.

Jennifer de Broglie is a global marketing strategist and media expert who bridges the gap between emerging technology and mainstream audiences. She brings over 20 years of experience building the brand and communications strategies for Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, and venture funds. As a former TV host on i24 News, Jennifer produced and presented over 120 shows demystifying AI, blockchain, and cybersecurity for a global audience. She has successfully raised over $58M for clients by crafting compelling narratives and securing high-impact media placements. Jennifer excels at building strategic ecosystems, having organized over 200 exclusive events and connecting innovators with capital and key decision-makers worldwide. Peter Molloy is an entrepreneur, operator, and investor who builds at the intersection of biotechnology, finance, and decentralized technology. With over two decades of transatlantic experience, he is known for turning complex science into executable strategy and guiding companies from inception to successful exit. As CEO of Cyncado Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotech subsidiary of AlphaTON Capital, he is developing novel oncology treatments. He previously co-founded Tarus Therapeutics, leading its growth to a successful acquisition by a Nasdaq-listed company in 2022. Peter also founded Edison Group, building it into a global equity research and advisory firm with over 100 staff. He began his career as an institutional fund manager at Hermes Investment Management in London, where he managed healthcare and technology portfolios and was a pioneer in UK shareholder activism. Peter holds an Economics degree from the University of Exeter, is an alumnus of London Business School, and is a CFA charterholder (ASIP).
